Our weekly meal-prep ordering window is open from Monday through Thursday at 7:00 a.m. Once ordering closes, our team begins preparing your meals specifically for the week’s confirmed orders. On Friday, we shop and source fresh ingredients; on Saturday, we wash, portion, season, and prepare everything for production; on Sunday, our chefs cook, package, and label each meal; and on Monday, your order is delivered or made available for scheduled pickup. This process allows us to prepare every meal fresh, reduce food waste, and give each order the care and attention it deserves.
